Pork loin
Boneless and rindless. A lean, versatile cut for chops, steaks and roasts.
Pork collar
Boneless and rindless. Well-marbled neck meat, popular for grilling and slow cooking.
Shoulder and shank
Boneless, rindless shoulder for processing and mince. Shank supplied bone-in with rind on.
Bones and by-products
Femur and finger bones, front feet, tails with tail bones, hearts and back fat.
How we work
A straightforward process, from your first inquiry to delivery at your port.
1. Inquiry
Tell us the cuts, volumes, packing and destination port you need. We reply with availability.
2. Offer and terms
You receive a clear offer with price, Incoterms, payment terms and an expected shipping date.
3. Order and documentation
Once the order is confirmed, we prepare the contract, health certificates and export documents for your market.
4. Delivery
The goods are loaded in reefer containers and shipped frozen or chilled to the agreed port.

Nordholm Export was founded in Copenhagen by Birk and Sejer Bøllehuus to connect Scandinavian pork producers with buyers in fast-growing markets across Africa and beyond.
We are a small, owner-led trading house. When you work with us, you deal directly with the people who make the decisions – from the first offer to the final delivery.

Sejer is responsible for sourcing and logistics. He works with Scandinavian producers and shipping partners to make sure every order is documented, loaded and delivered as agreed.
